The Role:
Stock Condition Surveyors - Newport Area
Due to an increase in workload and planned maintenance a local housing association are seeking a number of Stock Condition Surveyors for an initial 3 month contract.
Skills & Experience:
It is essential that you have proven experience as a surveyor in this type of environment.
You will ideally have previous experience within a local authority or housing association and have a sound knowledge of surveying housing stock using hand held devices. Due to the nature of the work, you may at times be working under your initiative entering tenants homes, so a full CRB check will be required before commencement of work.
Whilst the initial contract is for 3 months there is a strong possibility that this may increase or lead to a permanent position.
