We are immediately looking to recruit a hard working and technically minded Sales advisor to work as part of a growing and developing Chepstow based sales and distribution team. We are looking for a candidate who can work extremely well as part of a team and who feels comfortable in a varied role. This is not an aggressive Sales role and the successful candidate will be focused on customer satisfaction and a job well done.
Our ideal candidate will be;
- Technically minded and familiar with the Electronics sector
- Down to earth and personable
- PC literate and capable of following administration processes
- Familiar with the terminology used in the Electronics sector
Duties will include;
- Taking and processing orders via telephone and e mail
- Discussing escalated technical queries
- Liaising with stores department in relation to product availability
- Occasionally visiting local clients
