The Role
One of the UK's leading law firms are looking to recruit several legal assistants to join them in their busy central litigation team. Working as part of the mortgage enforcement team you will be working on behalf of large banks and building societies insurance brokers and similar companies to assist them with the recovery of mortgages that have fallen in to arrears.
Key responsibilities will be ensuring that you handle the case load of mortgage enforcements in a professional and proactive manner in accordance with the clients service level agreements and day to day working practises.
Skills and Experience
The team is very busy and you must be a proactive and enthusiastic candidate who is willing to work in a very fast paced environment and enjoys a challenging environment.
Ideally you will be an LPC student with a background in legal work preferably litigation or mortgage enforcement, you should be able to cope with a client facing role and be able to work under pressure and with targets. You must be able to demonstrate attention to detail and good numerical ability.
