Growth legal company are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor on a temporary to permanent basis. The role is a busy one and requires a good mix of customer service and administration.
The main objective of the role is:
To profitably assist with the processing of the departments workload acting at all times in the best interests of the Client.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Each CSA will assist with the processing of the departments workload
- Any claims that fall outside the CSA’s individual authority level are to be reported to the TL.
- CSAs will assist with the handling of all cases in the best interests of the Client at all times.
- CSA’s will ensure that all sales orders and invoices are accurately recorded.
- Maintain files in accordance with file maintenance procedures.
