Meridian Business Support is currently recruiting for an experienced Business Development Manager for a very successful Telecoms Company based in Cardiff Bay.
The Business Development Manager will need to identify and generate new business in within a defined Geographic area. The Business Development Manager will need to successfully demonstrate a differentiation from competitors to offer a solution sale.
A challenging and exciting opportunity, the role will include the following:
- Building a pipeline of short, medium and long term prospects
- Providing accurate weekly reports
- Building customer offers that maximise profitability whilst securing the new business
- Delivering a world class customer experience through effective relationships with customers and staff
- Delivering solutions that drive product penetration in line with wider sales targets and strategies
- Ensuring that customer solutions are effectively delivered
- Have a full understanding of the customer offer and experience delivered by competitors
Skills and Experience
The company requires someone with proven new business development experience, preferably in a telecoms environment/ b2b market with a proven record of over achieving delivery against agreed targets.
