We are looking for a Team Leader to work in a busy call centre, working with the charity and fundraising team.
The Role
The successful applicant will be working alongside 2 team leaders and managing a room of up to 30 customer service representatives working on a fundraising campaign on behalf of a charity. You will be responsible for ensuring the teams are delivering quality calls and are adhering the the guidelines set.

Key skills:
- Previous team leader call centre experience is essential
- Previous fundraising experience is desirable
- Passionate about charity work
- Good people skills
- Computer literate
Shift Information
The hours of work are 12.30pm til 8.30pm, Monday to Friday. The hourly rate is £7.00.
