An exciting opportunity has arisen at a prestigious financial establishment based in Newport. They have an immediate need for professional Customer Service Advisors to work in their busy call centre.
The role will be based solely on the telephones, providing advice, responding to complaints and solving problems for general insurance customers. This role will need someone who has previous experience in a contact centre, someone who can work well within a team and can demonstrate excellent use of their own initiative.
