My client is looking for up to 4 new members of staff within their Merchandising team. The role is assisting the Merchandiser in the day-to-day running of the department including managing and forcasting sales, stock and profits.
Role:
Managing supplier base and maintaining close working relations with clients Assist Merchandiser in re-forecasting sales and intake, then update planning systems Liaise with stock control regarding allocation and replenishment Ensure 100% availability of new store lines and core lines Liaise with other departments regarding promotional activities All other ad hoc associated roles
Skills/Experience:
- Educated to degree level in an analytical subject i.e. Business/Mathematics
- Previous fashion retail experience
- stock/merchandising experience a benefit
- IT literate on MS Office packages
- Bright, articulate and motivated
