Meridian Business Support is currently recruiting for several Enquiry Agents for a very successful Insurance Company based in Caerphilly.
A challenging and exciting opportunity, the role will include the following:
- Handling enquiries in regards to insurance policies, then escalating to the sales team for closure of sale Supporting sales team with the sales process
- Advising policy terms and liaising with customers
- Lead generation
You will be responsible for:
- Generating sales enquiries from initial leads, utilising negotiation skills and product knowledge.
- Managing and prioritising your workload effectively in order to meet company targets.
- Process payments in-line with company standards for insurance contracts.
- Liaising with clients and insurers at renewal and new business stage to ensure the best premium and terms in the marketplace are offered and are suited to their demands and needs.
Skills and Experience
YOU MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN THE INSURANCE INDUSTRY TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE.
