Our client is seeking an experienced HR Assistant to take full responsibility for the following duties:
- Rostering and standing in for reception duties
- Placing some orders for packaging, chemicals, waste and services.
- Administering the vehicle fleet of 9 cars.
- PA to CAO
- Preparing payroll for 40 national employees and 20 international.
- Attendance, sickness and Holiday systems
- Quality audits – 5 per year
- Out going post when receptionist is off.
- General administration
- Diarising and making payments to pension providers, health insurers and life assurers.
- Correspondence with pension providers and pensioners
This position is to cover 6 month’s maternity leave and needs person who can manage own workload, prioritise duties and be flexible on daily tasks.
Previous HR experience is essential and Sageline 50 would be an advantage.
