Our client a growing company based in prestigious offices in Cardiff is currently looking for a Team Leader with car litigation experience. The team leader will be responsible for up to 10 fast track PI fee earners.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Support and train team members
  • Carry out monthly development reviews
  • Ensure the team objectives & KPI’s are consistently met
  • Ability to motivate other team members to achieve the KPI’s and targets
  • A candidate with 5 years experience of personal injury claims and experience of supervising and managing a large team would be an advantage
  • Experience of dealing with litigated matters would be an advantage
  • Working in a large team you will supervise and coach the team, enabling them to further develop their knowledge and expertise
