We are proud to be representing an award winning luxury retailer based in Cardiff city centre. Our client are an independent retailer who are rapidly expanding and are looking for the right candidate who can rise to the challenge and help them grow. With an exciting and different sell, they specialise in distributing an exquisite range of products. The right candidate will bring class and professionalism to the role that fits with their ethos and position in the market.
The Role
- As a Retail Sales Consultant for this high end retailer you will work as part of a team to deliver results and drive business forward.
- Your main responsibility will be to actively drive sales forward and increase sales opportunities by inspiring customers and building a quick rapport with them
- Form strong business relationships with new and existing clients
- Ensure high levels of customer service are always delivered, especially when dealing with high end clients and customers
- Hit the ground running by developing and growing the client database from the word go
- You will be responsible for managing stock levels and merchandising
- Handle event coordination and local marketing initiatives
Requirements
Our client is looking for target driven individuals who have a hunger to succeed and want to earn good money. Ideally candidates will be highly motivated and possess a strong personality so that they can confidently close sales.
- Proven face to face sales
- Experience in providing high levels of customer service
- Full clean driving license is essential
- Excellent communication skills
Rewards
- You will receive a good basic salary of £15k to £18k
- There is the chance to earn an excellent bonus of £450 per month upon reaching target and then 5% commissions after this
- Expected first year earnings of £25k-28k + (uncapped).
