Purpose:
- Close liaison with key customer accounts
- Sales order processing and control
- Pricing and payment management
Key Responsibilities: (key tasks, responsibilities, deliverables etc.)
- Order processing and entry onto SAP system for standard orders as well as reconfiguration requirements
- Price registration and control
- Manage payment schedule and statements.
- Liaise with customer and configuration team to ensure delivery schedules reflect demand profile.
- Product part number set up and control.
- Third party storage and stock control data.
- Generation of manual support documents.
- Daily reporting for invoice updates, credit issues and liaise with customers accordingly
- Maintain and control internal and customer focused KPI’s
- Daily liaison with external Sales Companies.
- Preparation and distribution of range of reports to senior management.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:
- SAP experience is essential
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- PC literate with advanced level in Excel, good keyboard and numeracy skills (Microsoft Office)
- Applicant must be efficient, accurate and able to pay attention to detail as this is a key factor in the role
- Preparation and submission of wide range of reports reflecting business performance.
- The ability to analyse data and problem solve effectively
- Highly organised and disciplined
- Excellent verbal skills
Additional Specifications / Comments:
- Occasional travel to customer sites may be required.
- Experience in dealing with Pan European business and order entry.
- Successful applicant must will be a proficient communicator, possess the drive to achieve and be able to contribute to the ongoing enhancement of customer satisfaction and organisational development.
