We are looking for a temporary administrator to start asap until the end of December 2010. The company is based in Cardiff Gate Business Park.
The role will include the following responsibilities:
- Inputting participant registrations and maintenance of registration systems
- Supporting the budgeting process by maintaining and keeping current accounts payable information
- Responding to queries regarding online professional development
- Assisting in the uploading of content for the workshop resource centre
- Providing support in the maintenance and development of online workshops.
Requirements:
In particular, we are looking for someone with excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English and demonstrable experience in customer service/liaison and in working in a small group, collaborative environment. Knowledge of Spanish and French is desirable.
This is a temporary role, paying approx £7ph.
