The Role:
This post requires individuals with experience in the health and social care field, as you will be providing support to people with long term mental health problems living in the community.
We are looking for individuals with excellent communication and listening skills, an understanding of mental health issues and a commitment to providing a quality service.
Transport is essential for this post.
