The Role:
We are looking for an experienced PA/Secretary to start asap.
This is a temporary position, until December. It could possibly be extended to February/March 2011 (it is to cover maternity). This position is based in St Mellons.
The purpose of this role is provide support to the Chief Executive. Main duties include inviting clients to events, diary management, booking rooms, arranging travel. You may also be required to copy type reports and cover the switchboard when needed. Meeting and Greeting clients is also involved.
Candidate Requirements:
The successful candidate will have previous administrative and secretarial experience, be used to dealing with large reports and working under pressure. A pro-active attitude is a must.
Shift Information:
The hours of work are 8.30am til 5pm, with a 4pm finish on Fridays.
