Our client based in Newport require a HR Manager to join them for a period of 9 - 12 month initially.
PURPOSE OF JOB:
To provide senior HR advice and Business Support. Providing advice and guidance on disciplinary and grievance procedures, organisational management, employee relations and recruitment and selection.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience in managing large client groups essential
- Previous experience in working in large management organisations
- Up to date Employment law knowledge
- Pro-active and positive approach to the job
