Main Objective:
To provide and maintain professional service to a high standard. Liaise between customers, internal departments and other group companies. Resolve issues and ensure prompt payment.
Main duties:
- Deal with enquiries/complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Follow orders from start to finish.
- Keep customers updated with their orders.
- Update in-house computer systems accurately
- Communicate with other departments to ensure a smooth order.
- Develop and implement new systems, procedures or working practices to improve customer service.
- Provide support to the business development team and represent the company at customer meetings
- Solve problems and encourage future business.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports
Skills and Experience
The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years experience in manufacturing. Be educated to a Degree/HND level of education.
