The Role:
We currently have an opportunity for a Retail Beauty Sales Assistant to join our team based in Cardiff city centre. You will be responsible for selling high end cosmetics to customers and raising brand awareness for one of our largest American Clients. The role also involves demonstrating excellent customer service skills and providing the customers with accurate and detailed information of their chosen products.
The ideal applicant will have excellent interpersonal skills, be confident, approachable and someone who will thrive in a social environment. Be fun loving, enthusiastic, confident and enjoy meeting new people. Communication skills are essential, as you will be dealing with customers face to face.
You will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Meeting and greeting all customers.
- Maintaining the excellent image our company has achieved since being established.
- Building a rapport with our clients.
- Providing great customer service to all customers at all times.
- Giving customers the information and advice they require.
- Responding quickly and efficiently to customer’s requests, queries and complaints.
- Ensuring your product knowledge is keep up to date with new products.
- Processing customer payments
