Cunningham Lindsey specialises in the provision of claims management and loss adjusting services. To support our business further, we now require a talented Recoveries Handler to contribute to the on-going success of our National Recoveries Unit, where we have responsibility for pursuing our insurer Clients' subrogation rights in tort, contract and statute. You will manage a caseload of insurance claims and will be responsible for delivering against service levels, client targets and budget.

You will have/will be:

  • Law Degree or other Law qualification
  • Experience of managing a caseload of insurance claims
  • A good understanding of subrogation rights in tort
  • Proven ability in recovering funds from third parties
  • Good working experience of Microsoft office, including word & excel
  • Excellent Customer Service
  • Superb Telephony Skills
