Role Summary:
To support learners in developing their knowledge and skills and helping them to access appropriate training and employment opportunities, in accordance with contract requirements. Some Tutors will deliver training and/or assess learner capability against national standards.
The post will involve supporting learners, aged 16-18, on the Skill Build programme.
On the Skill Build programme learners will improve their basic and key skills, receive vocational guidance, access work tasters and improve their personal and social skills.
