A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join Focused Recruitment we are an independent agency specialising in commercial and industrial positions for both our blue chip clients and SME. Set up in 2007 and going from strength to strength the successful candidate will aid our plans for expansion.
Attributes, experience and skills required:
- Strong background in permanent and temporary recruitment in the Industrial and or Commercial sectors a MUST
- Self motivator and hungry for success
- Able to hit the ground running
- Ability to achieve a good level of sales
- Previous account management experience
- Ability to grow and develop strong relationships with clients
- Excellent verbal and written communicational skills
- Awareness of the market and competitor activity
- Full understanding of exceptional service and delivery
- A multi tasker who thrives under pressure
- An effective influencer
Duties:
- Cold calling
- Identifying and securing new business
- Arranging client visits with decision makers
- Establishing clients requirements
- Building and maintaining excellent working relationships
- Consistently achieving new business targets
- Aware of margins and costing effectively
- Face to face presentations with potential clients
Will be working as part of a small dedicated team but ultimately responsible for new business development, therefore a full driving licence and own transport is essential for this role.
