Job Elements:

  • To establish key accounts and drive sales opportunities.
  • Work with strategic partners to identify and strike new sales and customers. 
  • For each major account identify the key players in design, quality and purchasing, develop relationships with them and any other key decision makers. 
  • Prepare sales proposals which meet customer needs and match product capability and negotiate sales contracts. 
  • Work with customers to establish their expectations and develop products that exceeds them. 
  • Provide feedback and market intelligence on competitor products and competitor capability (Strengths and Weaknesses). 
  • Provide feedback from the market on the technical performance requirements of our product and drive improvements for future product development.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in dealing with large tier one consumer electronic organizations is essential.
  • Proven track record in account management within consumer electronics. 
  • Candidates should have strong negotiation skills and a technical sales background. 
  • A strong educational background (technically biased). 
  • Self motivated, enthusiastic, hungry to sell and the need to succeed is essential. 
  • Good networking skills.
  • Enjoys and is willing to travel globally. 
  • A second/third Language would be desirable.
