Job Elements:
Our client is looking to recruit a graduate trainee. This will be a commercial role and will cover a wide variety of tasks from Project work to PA duties and of course the washing up!
Working alongside the CEO you will be expected to complete any tasks required whilst learning all aspects of the business. Report writing, minute taking, statistical analysis and travel booking will all be regular duties within this role therefore my client is seeking a graduate who is keen to gain in depth experience and is happy to complete any task required.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Seeking a business graduate ideally with a sandwich year within a manufacturing environment.
- Must have a warm friendly attitude, the ambition to do well in whatever they do and a hunger for learning more about business.
- Extremely well organised.
- Have excellent written and spoken communication skills. Correct use of grammar and spelling is essential.
- Remain calm and professional whilst multi tasking.
- Ability to work with people at all levels, including senior management.
- Computer literate – MS Office are essential,
- Be flexible and adaptable.
- Be tactful, discreet and highly confidential.
- Ability to work on own initiative, but also be a key team member.
