Venus Ltd has a fantastic opportunity for a TRAINEE SALES AND BRAND MANAGER to drive the development and delivery of sales and promotions strategies within the cosmetic sector.
Working with an internationally renowned brand you will utilize and develop excellent customer service, SALES and managerial skills to deliver promotional frameworks that drive our business growth and consolidate our position as a leader in the UK market.
This is unique opportunity for an “up and coming manager” to move into a marketing team in a truly cross functional role.

Your main responsibilities will include:
• Develop price related promotional strategies for the brand portfolio consistent with the company’s long term goals.
• Track promotion performance.
• Maintenance of overall promotion planning process, constantly striving to drive sales.
The Ideal candidate will:
• Have a strong commercial awareness
• Work with admin support and service delivery managers to build clarity and consistency with use of our brand guidelines.
• Central point of contact for all marketing inquiries.
The payment structure is based solely on completed sales plus a very attractive bonus package. Our interview process involves a 30-minute first round interview which is a brilliant chance to meet one of our managers and find out more about the company. Successful applicants will then be invited back to spend a full day with one of our Trainee Managers observing a day with the company, as this is a day of observation this will be unpaid.
