£20,000 - £25,796 + half yearly performance bonus + excellent benefits

Building close relationships with high-value business customers? Getting recognition? Enjoying excellent benefits? Having all the opportunities that come with being part of a global brand? Just some of the things this role could mean for you.

Working in our Swansea contact centre, you’ll actively manage a portfolio of high-value clients in a way that delivers enhanced customer satisfaction while also helping to increase cross-sales and revenue.

The role involves dealing with a wide range of customer enquiries. You will also complete comprehensive reviews of your clients so that you can find ways to help them meet their financial needs now and in the future.

Customer service roles don’t get much more challenging. So it’s vital that you have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. We’re looking for people with a strong track record in both customer service and sales who already have experience of managing a portfolio of high-value clients. Ideally, you will have also spent time working within a financial services organisation.

In return, we offer initial and ongoing training, clear progression, monthly incentives, outstanding benefits and bonuses, and the chance to explore the many career opportunities offered by the world’s local bank.
