New Directions are currently recruiting for Registered Residential Care Managers across South Wales and surrounding areas.
Main Responsibilities
You will be an integral part of the team to make a difference with added value initiatives providing exceptional care for our children. We are seeking individuals who are able to show commitment to young people, achieving positive outcomes through the highest standards of performance. A proven track record of specialised experience working with young people with complex needs and challenging behaviour is a must.
Skills and Experience
The ideal candidates will have experience of working within residential care involving children with a minimum of NVQ level 4 and a Registered Managers Award. You will need to clearly show a passion for continuous improvement through the achievement of outstanding excellence with the abundance of the highest level of interpersonal skills.
