The Role
As part of our Premier Customer Service team, you’ll be dealing exclusively with high net worth customers. These are people who deserve exceptional levels of service. So you’ll need to build strong relationships, proactively manage accounts, and always be prepared to go the extra mile. You will also be responsible for introducing your clients to products from our industry-leading portfolio.
Skills and Experience
Customer service roles don’t get much more challenging. To rise to that challenge, you’ll need experience of relationship management in a financial services environment. You should also have a proven track record of delivering sales through exceptional customer service.
£20,000 - £25,796 + half yearly performance bonus + excellent benefits
