Main Responsibilities
- To provide administration support to the Corporate Sales Team on a day to day basis.
- To prepare quotations, purchase orders and user agreements for new and existing clients on behalf of the Corporate Sales Team.
- To ensure the smooth operation of the new and renewed sales process by pro-actively contacting clients to return contract documentation and settle invoices promptly.
- To ensure a full audit trial is created for every sales lead including personnel assignment tracking, detailed notes and lead conclusion.
- To liaise with clients and new prospects with regards to general enquiries and account support.
- To provide analytical and statistical information for both sales and marketing departments.
- To carry out general day to day duties as and when required to ensure the smooth operation of the company.
Skills and Experience
- You will report to the Administration Team Leader and must have previous experience in a sales environment/similar role.
- You will possess excellent customer service skills and be confident and able to liaise with clients and maintain automated accounts; experience of Salesforce or a similar system would be desirable.
- You will have excellent communication and presentation skills, be self-motivated with the ability to work either independently or within a team, be analytical in problem solving and have the ability to translate customer needs into the most appropriate solution.
- You will need to be confident, outgoing and have a smart appearance.

Hours of Work
Hours: 16 - 20 hours per week flexible
Lunch & breaks: 30 minutes flexible
