As a cosmetics & beauty sales and marketing assistant you would be responsible for working closely with one of two cosmetics clients generating sales and maintaining an excellent level of customer service with advancement opportunities into management. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team in a fun and challenging environment.
We provide full on the job training so do not ask for any retail experience, simply a friendly personality and a great work ethic.Our interview process involves a 30-minute first round interview which is a brilliant chance to meet one of our managers and find out more about the company. Successful applicants will then be invited back to spend a full day with one of our Trainee Managers observing a day with the company, as this is a day of observation this will be unpaid.Note that we have already started interviewing for this position and will be looking to fill the vacancy as soon as possible.
