Job Elements:

  • The CRB Officer will be responsible for the implementation and administration of all CRB disclosures throughout the organisation.
  • Ensuring that all relevant permanent and casual employees of the Group have been through CRM checks as appropriate. 
  • Carrying out the CRB renewal process, issuing letters/forms and ensuring they are returned. 
  • Logging CRM certificates onto the database 
  • Chasing rejected applications. 
  • Manage the distribution and receipt of CRM application forms

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Knowledge of the CRB process.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role (ideally minimum 2 years) 
  • Excellent IT Skills, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
