About the Role
The Business Analyst will be responsible for the review, analysis, and evaluation of business systems and user needs. They will document requirements, define scope and objectives, and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies.
You will form part of the ICT & procurement team, where you will provide support to the Head of ICT & Procurement. This role is pivotal in devising the next ICT strategy. You will have the opportunity to drive changes across all of CCHA’s software product suite, analysing the use of our main software system.
Please note that this is a 12-months fixed term contract however, we anticipate that there will be an opportunity to extend it or make it permanent.
We are looking to conduct interviews on 6th June but we will be flexible with all candidates and their availability.
About You
You will demonstrate an understanding of how IT can be used to resolve problems and improve efficiency. Alongside project management experience, you will bring exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with residents, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
